I’m Sarah Juma, CEO.
Creativity is thinking up new things. Innovation is doing new things.
If you’re not making at least one mistake every day, you’re not working hard enough. The trick is to never make the same mistake twice.
Entrepreneurial business favors the open mind. It favors people whose optimism drives them to prepare for many possible futures, pretty much purely for the joy of doing so.
For me, luck is preparation meeting the moment of opportunity. There is no luck without you being prepared to handle that moment of opportunity.
Luck isn’t some mystical energy that dances around the universe bestowing people with satisfaction and joy. You create your own luck.
I look at each project like a foreman on a construction site; a strong foundation is key to creating a long lasting structure. I curate a core team of professionals who help to analyze, develop and execute a plan that achieves your main objectives.
Throughout the process, I generate a spirit of cooperation, participation and productivity in others because I’m authentically friendly and approachable. Clients describe me as on point. Friends say I have a sharp sense of humor.
As an advocate for diversity and inclusion, I’m committed to supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs on their journey.
Advocates for the entrepreneurial success of underrepresented communities by using innovation to bring awareness and access to programs and services.
